We are a non-profit organization, recognized in Costa Rica as the Foundation for the Integral Development of Young People (FUNDADEJO by its initials in Spanish). Our job is to help young people at social risk during their training, development and inclusion in society, in a comprehensive manner.
Vision: Young people and families serving as strong, effective and entrepreneurial leaders in their community as well as others, taking these skills to socially vulnerable communities, so they can be transformed, educated, organized, safe, caring and economically developed.
Mission: This is achieved through mentoring relationships and small groups where young people and their families are shown the skills to thrive and become leaders who transform their community.
